Wireless Call: Customer Queue Management for Minimal Crowding
The overcrowding of customers around service points is an important issue under the current conditions, with the main concern being the protection of the health of customers and employees at every possible level.
The application of Wireless Call System is simple: let's take the example of a restaurant.
- The customer enters the store and proceeds to the service point to order. After ordering, the customer is given a special beeper with a unique number.
- The customer is then able to move freely to other parts of the store, away from the service points and even outside the store without losing his turn.
- Once the order is ready, the employee types the beeper number on the controller followed by the "CALL" button. The beeper informs the customer via sound, vibration and light.

The advantage of the system is that it allows customers to move away from the service points during the time in which their order is being prepared. This achieves the separation of customers who are waiting and those who enter the store to place an order.
